Presentation of good practice

The “Tisza Educational Platform for Young People” is an interactive online platform that collects the natural and cultural values along the Tisza and introduces them to high school students in a playful learning format.

on the website (http://tisza.ertekek.hu/) help students to more easily master geographical and biological knowledge, while gaining knowledge about the Tisza and its wildlife. The site aims to offer a fun, yet educational educational tool for secondary schools, the use of which has already spread in several schools.

The target group of the project is high school students, who can enrich their knowledge about the local natural and cultural heritage with the playful tasks and information found on the site.

The program was implemented in settlements along the Tisza River, in order to promote the natural and cultural values of the given region. The site collects the values of each settlement, allowing schools to actively use this tool in the education of students.

The project aims to complement secondary school education. It provides knowledge in an interesting and accessible way for students and helps them learn about local values.

The project has produced educational materials and an interactive website. The website features various games that help students learn, and the interface is constantly being updated and updated. The site is used by many secondary schools for educational purposes, and previous personal presentations have also helped to promote it.

The project uses a demand-driven development and implementation approach. The content is constantly updated based on feedback from students and schools to better meet the needs of students and teachers.

Building on the success of the project, they are working on expanding the Körös rural project to include settlements along the Tisza River, which aims to promote local values and expand tourism and training opportunities for smaller settlements. New school partnerships are being developed to continue the project.

The project has successfully achieved its goals. The online platform has become popular not only in schools in the area, but is also widely used nationwide. It not only helps students acquire knowledge, but also develops love and respect for natural values. Learning in a playful way also has a community-building effect, strengthening relationships between students.

The project was promoted through events and school visits. The program provides information to the public with constantly updated content and maintains close contact with students and teachers.

Adaptability

One of the secrets of the project’s success is that we adapted the program to the needs of the participants and listened to the opinions of teachers and students. This good method can also work well in other communities, if there are enough technical tools and if the participants are really enthusiastic.
